Via Elegante was founded by Andy Briefer, whose passion for senior care grew from a deeply personal place. After seeing firsthand the challenges families face when navigating assisted living—confusing pricing models, inconsistent care, and impersonal environments—he set out to build something better without surprise fees, no upsells, and no compromises. Just exceptional care in an environment that feels like home.

Simply put, you’ll never be surprised by unexpected care costs after move-in. At many senior communities, additional care needs or family requests often lead to new fees that weren’t clearly explained upfront.
